Bullies in the Workplace?? Really?

Articles flood the internet about bullies in the workplace and how to cope with the gut-wrenching agony you feel when you have to walk back in to your place of employment. All I have to say is... WTF?? Umm... no more being bullied. Man up!
Go home and make yourself your own super hero suit. You too can be like Mr. Incredible! Only now you will not be doing good for all the people of the world, just yourself. Wear that suit tomorrow with pride and take a stand. Show that bully who is boss.
They will be shaking in their boots and may even give you their lunch money. From now on, you will be able to fly in to the office and do what ever you want and when ever you want.
P.S. Do not come crying to me if you get fired over this as it has not yet been tested.

How To Keep A Camera From Taking Your Picture!

When I look in the mirror I see this beautiful, smart, charming, hilarious marvel of a woman. Then someone dares to take a photo of me and as soon as I see it, the very thought that other people are seeing me that way just destroys me. My heart falls down in to my stomach and immediate depression sets in. I think to myself "That's me? That's really what I look like and how people see me?" And suddenly my whole world seems grim.
So, because of this I have decided I am going to start wearing a self-designed reflective foundation. From now on when the camera attempts to take my picture, it will instead be forced to reflect only the image of the camera and picture taker and their whole evil plot will backfire on them!
Truth is... I am that smart, beautiful, charming, hilarious, vibrant, fabulous, jaw-dropping, amazing marvel of a woman! (as long as I am standing in the mirror)
And, I will share my relective foundation with you as long as you have 1,000 people join my blog! :)

Blogging is NOT for Dummies

So apparently Blogging is not as easy as I dreamed it would be. I started this blog with the idea in my mind that I could build a fabulous page, write witty and enchanting things daily and would have hundreds of followers and comments instantly.
I am seeing it has not worked out quite that way. I am witty, however. So, I should get that part figured out soon. The Design Templates provided by Google are pretty useful. Yet, not what I am wanting. I have seen some really great Blogs peggyeddleman.blogspot.com and I just assumed I could create one of these for you guys.. but no such luck! So, until I take some Web Design classes - you guys are stuck with this
haha - hope you don't mind.

Famous Quotes

It seems everywhere I turn online, I am constantly bumping in to "famous quotes." My question is... Does anyone ever actually take the time to research the author of some of these quotes?
Forbes.com posted the quote " There is nothing quite so complicated as simplicity." Charles Poore is the author of this fascinating statement. So, who is Charles Poore?  I have Googled his name, searched in Wikipedia and I have come up with only a few other quotes from him. Yet, nothing that tells me why we should recite his words. Does he have any credentials? Does he need to have any? I would just like to know how a persons words become famous if they are not a Published  Author, a Celebrity, or another type of Public Speaker. Perhaps a Doctor or CEO??
One would think that any intellect who comes up with a philosophical reasoning or thought should be published for all the world to read. Facebook provides ample opportunity to conjure up your very own insightful phrase. Perhaps, we should all start posting these in different places and give credit to ourselves and  close friends for providing them.
Example:

Love is like the kerosene which burns in my lamp.   - Misti Fields

See! Now I can be famous. Spread the word!! Quote me :)
